On Sunday September 24, 2017 we will celebrate the 12th Annual Organic Okanagan Festival (OOF) at Summerhill Pyramid Organic Winery - Transition to an Organic Okanagan future!

Once again the OOF is part of National Organic Week in Canada; showcasing  local organic farmers and certified organic food production. Think Before You Eat - Think Canada Organic!

Did you know - Choices Markets in Kelowna has been supporting the OOF every year since 2010!

Together we all produce the most comprehensive, approachable and enjoyable green living exposition in the Okanagan Valley. On festival day attendees can sample & shop for organic food and wine at Summerhill Pyramid Winery, in the Certified Organic Farmer’s Market and Green Living Marketplace, enjoy live local music, children’s entertainment and be inspired with organic education programs too. Enjoy Summerhill's entire property and mission with organic wine tasting & tours, dining in the organic bistro, bio dynamic garden tours, drumming in the Makwala Kekuli and more!

General admission only $7 at the door.

Students & seniors $5 at the door. Cyclists & pedestrians $5 at the door.

Children under 12, FREE admission.

2017 12th OOF ENTERTAINMENT

11:30 AM - Kiki The Eco Elf - a singing, story-telling, stilt-walking, face-painting elf from Vernon, BC.  With joyful deliverance, her messages of environmental awareness and conscientious awareness have been shared with audiences across Canada.

12:15 PM - Circles of Love - Bringing mystery, excitement and dazzling tricks, Circles of Love are hoop dance performance artists from the Okanagan, performing at shows and holding hoop dance lessons for all ages, let us inspire you with the magic of the circus and the expression of dance. *Circles of Love is also leading a hooping lesson at 12:45 pm.

2:00 PM - Band of Colours - loves to spread Colour and Sounds through Music from around the world, and Joyful Tunes for people 0 to 100 years  to dance and have Fun!

2:45 PM - Lowell Friesen - folk-roots Americana with a Canadian twist, foot-stompin banjo tunes and heart-felt understated acoustic riffs, songs sung with a tongue in cheek sense of humor and an introspective lyrical flair.

3:30 PM - Tiger Moon - a West Canadian Folk duo. Boasting harmonious vocals, heartfelt melodies, and foot-stomping rhythms, this is a pair to be reckoned with. They perform with a guitar, a mandolin, two sets of boots and two big, rich voices. Drawing their sound from traditional folk, Canadiana, soul and rock, they are a minimalist barn burning band that comes with an extra serving of syrup-soaked harmonies.
